As a result, even if you are assigned a dedicated IP address, your IP number may change. Sky Hostic does not guarantee the permanent retention or continuity of any specific IP address assigned to you.
Upon the expiration or termination of your hosting services, you agree to immediately discontinue use of such services and release any IP addresses, server names, or DNS configurations associated with your account. Before termination takes effect, you are solely responsible for transferring your website files and data to another service provider.
Sky Hostic will not facilitate or perform website or server content transfers to other providers. If you fail to remove your content prior to termination, all data stored on our servers will be permanently deleted, and Sky Hostic will not be able to recover or provide copies of such content.
Any complimentary products or credits provided as part of your hosting package will be revoked or canceled immediately upon the termination of hosting services.
Certain hosting plans may include licensed images or third-party intellectual property made available exclusively for Sky Hostic customers. Should you choose to migrate your website or hosted services to another provider, it is your sole responsibility to verify ongoing usage rights for such content.
Sky Hostic does not warrant continued usage permissions for licensed materials post-migration or termination and assumes no liability for any infringement or claims arising from the continued use of such assets.
The total storage capacity advertised in your hosting plan may vary from the actual available capacity, as a portion of system resources is reserved for operating systems, configuration files, and essential support files.
To maintain service functionality, Sky Hostic may offer paid or unpaid support for products, software, or features that have reached end-of-life status by third-party vendors. This may include extended patching or maintenance provided directly by Sky Hostic or through authorized third-party partners.

Sky Hostic offers a Service uptime guarantee of 99.9% (“Service Uptime Guarantee”) across all hosting plans, excluding scheduled maintenance or events beyond our control.
The Service Uptime Guarantee does not apply to service interruptions or downtime resulting from the following circumstances:
